Surface Finishes
In the Construction of machines department there is a spraying boot for applying paint. It is also possible to apply powder when repairing worn-out parts of machines, both cold and hot methods. We can also carry out ballotini blasting of corrosion proof parts up to the diameter of 600 mm and the length of 600 mm, a dry way. Then it is possible to blast, wet or dry. There is also used a washing line KOS 1.
In the Tool making workshop it is possible to cement up to the diameter of 550 mm and the length of 900 mm, hardening up to the weight of 35 kg and the temperature of 1100 °C. It is also possible to blast, wet or dry.
Assembly Tools
Erection workplaces are equipped with column drilling machines, upright grinding machines, manual press, frame saws and cutters and a distributing room well-equipped for manual work as well as for a machining shop, including measuring devices. The production departments may use a wide range of standard means of erection to provide for external assembly.
