Production Areas

ZVU Servis a.s. has three production halls with the total area of 6000m2, with cranes with the lifting capacity of 20 t and, if the commission requires it, it is possible to enlarge the production and erection area within theZVU group.

Description of production halls and their use

Construction of machines

  • the hall length is 100 m, it is divided into three aisles (widths 11.85 m, 18 m and 11.85 m)
  • the building is equipped with 6 bridge cranes: 4 with 6-ton lifting capacity, 1 with 20-ton lifting capacity and 1 with 1.5-ton lifting capacity
  • in the whole building there is distributed acetylene gas, oxygen, compressed air and natural gas
  • two aisles are used as manual workshops and one as a machining shop
  • apart from the Construction of machines a part of the area is used by the Major repair workshop

Tool making workshop I

  • the hall length is 58 m, it is divided into three aisles with width of 8 m
  • the building is equipped with 5bridge cranes: 3 with 1-ton lifting capacity, 1 with 1.2-ton lifting capacity and 1 with 2-ton lifting capacity
  • in the building there is distributed acetylene gas, oxygen, compressed air and natural gas
  • two aisles are used as a tool making workshop and one as welding and manual workshop
  • apart from the Tool making workshop there is also the Major repair workshop

Tool making workshop II

  • the building layout plan is 42 m x 17 m
  • there is a grinding shop, hardening shop, tool making shop
  • in the building there is distributed compressed air and natural gas
  • apart from the Tool making workshop there is also the Centre for measuring and calibration
