Main operations:

  • custom made manufacturing of single-purpose machines or their parts
  • manufacturing and erection of steel structures
  • production of inside and outside toothing, including its shaping

For manufacturing we use high grade construction and tool steel, including stainless steel. Your requirements will be dealt by a team of experts in technology, manufacturing and erection. Our specialists in design development and technology departments are able to carry out tasks in these fields using BRICSCAD. And we can use externally special technologies, which we do not have yet.

The production hall is equipped with bridge cranes with 20-ton lifting capacity and common working machines, such as horizontal boring machine HVF 160 with a drive distance of 3000 mm, lathes with turning length 4 m, gear shaper OHA 32 CNC, grinding machine for gearing ZSTZ 315 C1 NILES and so on.
