Tool Making Workshop

With our manufacturing range we are the best in the tool making branch. We provide services such as:

  • custom manufacturing of machines and jigs, using high-grade constructional and tool steel
  • preparing technical documentation for manufacturing of machines
  • constructional work
  • metalwork
  • cementation and hardening of material

Our machinery includes milling cutter STYLE CNC, type BT-1500 with the fourth axis improvement as well as lath STYLE CNC, type Teach-In 510x2000. Beside this we dispose of lathe SU 80 with turning length 5 m or thread grinder KM 250/500 CZEPEL and so on. Using the copy milling machine we are able to work a jig up to 0.5 t. The Tool works department is equipped with 5 bridge cranes with the lifting capacity up to 2 t.
