By its production range ZVU Servis a.s. belongs to the tooling specialists in our region.
We have a high-quality machinery with professional service.
We are mainly engaged in custom manufacturing of parts, tools and fixtures made of structural stainless steel and tool steel, production of machined parts, including grinding and surface finishing of parts, production and grinding of gearing and worm gears according to customer’s production documentation.
We specialize in heat treatment of materials – refining, cementation, hardening.
We repair gears in drive and feed units, including production of new gearing up to module module m = 16.
We can process drawings for spare parts.
